PERN and Transnieft extended agreement on cooperation
On 16 May "Agreement on mutual understanding and cooperation" with OAO AK Transnieft between PERN "Przyjaźń" S.A. and OAO AK Transnieft was extended. The document has a technical character and determines long-term cooperation principles between the two companies within the operation of pipelines. The document signed follows the previous agreement signed on 24 September 2009.
Conclusion of agreement between PERN "Przyjaźń" S.A. and ZMPG SA for lease of land for development of CRUDE TERMINAL in Gdansk.
Today PERN "Przyjaźń" S.A. and Port of Gdańsk Authority S.A. concluded an agreement for the lease of port land for the development of the Crude Terminal. Thus the Head of Terms concluded on 27 November 2012 was finalized.
PERN concludes agreement for development of Gdańsk Terminal
PERN "Przyjaźń" has signed today in attendance of Chancellor of the Exchequer Mikołaj Budzanowski an agreement with a Consortium whose leader is IDS-Bud S.A. for the performance of the investment Crude Terminal in Gdańsk Stage I. The investment has been scheduled to be implemented for PLN 415 million in the system "design and build" and completed on turn-key basis at the end of 2015. The Consortium previously won the tender for General Contractor of the Investment.

Final tender offers for the construction of the Crude Terminal in Gdańsk have been opened today by the Tender Committee of PERN "Przyjaźń" S.A. All the tender offers are within the budget expected by the Employer.
