On 30 July 2009, PERN "Przyjaźń" and ZRUG, a company based in Poznań, signed an agreement on the construction of a part of Orzechowo-Płock pipeline - 3rd Line of „Friendship/Przyjaźń” Pipeline. The construction and assembly works are worth PLN 26.5 million.

"A contract for the construction of two crude oil tanks with the capacity of 100 thousand cubic metres each was signed on 20 July at the seat of PERN „Przyjaźń” S.A. The tanks will be built for PERN by the winning tenderer, Mostostal S.A. of Płock. The investment is worth over PLN 83 million.

By virtue of resolution, adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Stockholders on 10 March 2009, Mr. Marek Litka was appointed the Vice-President of PERN „Przyjaźń” S.A. Management Board.
